Improvise school girl outfit?
Well, Halloween is coming. I want a schoolgirl dress. More like a kind of cosplay Japanese school girl things. I searched eBay and the costumes are a bit …. too revealing, I guess. A little weird, too. I'm fine with the use of short material. While its not really short. I'm about under budget and I have to try to make a cute outfit school girl in fact it continues to hold in my budget of $ 25. Or, cheaper, hopefully. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? Where to go? I really want to cosplay as a whole. When she is wearing a white button up shirt, red tie, and plaid skirt. Or the red tie, blue shirt and a skirt? I do not know. I really want a cute outfit (: Any ideas for me? Please and thanks ~
